Believe it or not, you folks in the City of Charleston (and I hope you know who you are...) are about to have an election. You may not live in the City, but if you're here in the Lowcountry what happens on November 5 matters to you too.
Setting reasonable rules for the cruise ships that we love to have as guests and easing the problems due to flooding are important items being debated.
