β’ Final ad for 2026 of the Pickens County Delinquent Tax Sale (yourpickenscounty.com) β Pickens County is preparing to auction hundreds of properties for unpaid 2025 taxes on October 13 at the county performing arts center in Liberty, and Easley Combined Utilities appears on the delinquent list. Easley property owners named here have until Friday, October 9 to pay in certified funds and avoid losing their parcels, and bidders must preβregister through the county website before the sale.
