County's Plat Review Committee looking at those projects, plus Goose Creek Planning Commission considers rezoning on Walkers Lane.
The City of Goose Creek Planning Commission meets at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in council chambers at City Hall, 519 N. Goose Creek Blvd.
The commission has one item on the agenda: a request to rezone lots at 225 Walkers Lane and 201 Walkers Lane. The property is owned by nearby J.W. Aluminum Co.
We'll update this page Monday with more information on the request. See the Planning Commission agenda.

Key points on the agenda include review of the final plats for 39 new Cane Bay lots in the Old Rice Retreat. We were out in the neighborhood earlier this summer and it appeared construction was moving right along, so it's no surprise their heading into the next phase.
But there's an even larger development on the horizon. The committee will review preliminary plans for 109 new lots in the next two phases at Hunter's Bend off of Royle Road, near Sangaree Middle School. See the review committee's agenda.
