Alan Wilson Speaks to Goose Creek 9/12 Thursday

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson will be speaking to the .

The meeting is at 7 p.m. in the community room at the Berkeley Electric Cooperative Building, 2 Springhall Drive, in Goose Creek.

Wilson was in Washington last week at a Heritage Foundation panel discussing election reform. He has been fighting federal challenges to the state's voter ID law.

Wilson is also a member of the South Carolina National Guard.

In the past few months, the local 9/12 group has had Treasurer Curtis Loftis and U.S. Rep. Tim Scott as guest speakers.
