Arrest Following Alleged Drive-Thru Assault at Taco Bell

Early Sunday morning, police responded to the Taco Bell on Goose Creek Boulevard regarding a disturbance in the parking lot — more specifically, the drive-thru.

The suspect, James Troy Hall, 47, was charged with 2nd degree assault and battery.

The victim, 29-year-old Shemeka Wright, told police that she had travelled around the building to get into the drive-thru line when Hall allegedly pulled in front of her car.

Witnesses told police that the victim got out of her car and walked up to the drive-thru box in front of Hall. As she placed her order, witnesses told police that Hall bumped into her with his car.
