• Police arrest 4 women following a fight at North Charleston mall (live5news.com) — Two Goose Creek women were among four people arrested after police say a fight at Northwoods Mall in North Charleston left a woman with facial injuries and a man trying to shield her also struck. Officers reviewed witness video and charged all four with third-degree assault and battery by mob. The women were booked into the Al Cannon Detention Center following Thursday's disturbance.
   

• Goose Creek man arrested on drug charges after North Charleston traffic stop (live5news.com) — A Goose Creek resident was arrested after North Charleston police say a traffic stop led to the discovery of more than 36 grams of suspected marijuana and a digital scale. The man faces a possession with intent to distribute charge and was taken to the Al Cannon Detention Center. The stop happened Thursday afternoon near Remount Road and Attaway Street during patrols targeting narcotics complaints.
