Through Cookies for Kids' Cancer, I want to host a bake sale the beginning of this August, 2013, and we have a very ambitious goal of $2,400, but I can't do it alone! We are currently collecting a list of people that can/will be donating atleast two dozen baked goods (brownies, cookies, cupcakes, etc.), packaging items (sandwich bags, colorful twine, carboard boxes, cupcake/cake boxes, canning jars, etc.), signage items (card/poster board, sharpies, etc.), temporary use of easily transportable chairs and tables, monetary donations, and/or just simply your willingness to donate some of your time to help get the word out or pre sell items (before the actual bake sale) to help raise funds! Help us out! July 1st Update:
So I would absolutely love to host a cookie decorating day at my house on the 3rd, the Saturday before the planned bake sale. Cookies and decorating items will be provided! Everyone and anyone is welcome, and I thought it'd give the younger ones a fun chance to get involved in participating for the bake sale. (: If anyone can donate any baked goods, decorating items, items to store the goods, etc. that'd be great also!
