Goose Creek Seeks Volunteers for Board

Release, City of Goose Creek:

The City of Goose Creek is seeking to fill two vacancies on the Recreation Commission.  The Recreation Commission is a volunteer board made up of seven members.  Board members must reside inside the City limits of the City of Goose Creek or within the Goose Creek Recreation District. 

The mission of the Goose Creek Recreation Commission is to offer quality recreational activities to the greater Goose Creek community.  The Commission is committed to leisure activities for residents in order to meet the needs of all ages, races, interests and incomes.  Meetings are monthly at 6:00 PM and are held at Goose Creek Community Center, 519A North Goose Creek Blvd.
