Hannah now serves as the National Director of Health Engagement for Trident’s Health to You (H2U) program. Through H2U Hannah is giving back that support so many others showed her during her journey. “I want to go out there and talk about exercise, and share some of my cool little diet secrets," says Hannah. "When I say that anybody can do this, I’m not just saying it. I’m no super-powered woman. I’m a regular girl who was miserable in her life. I wanted to lose weight, and I wanted my life back. I got both, and I want to help other people do the same.”
