Armed Robbers Target Goose Creek Gas Stations
Two incidents in 48 hours have Goose Creek Police evaluating similarities.
Unknown suspects have robbed two Goose Creek gas stations in the past 48 hours, leading Goose Creek Police investigators to weigh similarities in the two cases.
At approximately 8:35 p.m. on Wednesday, police say an unknown black man entered the Big T's convinence store on St. James Avenue. He allegedly suggested he had a weapon without showing it and reached across the counter, grabbing cash from the register.
The man was wearing a black jacket and a dark colored baseball hat, according to the police. He fled on foot toward the Foxborough subdivision.Â

On Thursday night, at approximately 10:28 p.m., an unknown black man entered the Circle K on Stephanie Drive. He suggested he had a weapon, but didn't show it and demanded money. The clerk handed him an undisclosed amount.
The man was wearing a green skull cap, black jacket and blue jeans. He fled the store on foot and headed toward the VFW on Stephanie Drive.
