Arrests Made in Zaxby's Shooting, Armed Robbery

Goose Creek Police charge two men in Christmas Eve incident.

The City of Goose Creek has arrested two men, charging them in connection with the armed robbery and shooting at a St. James Avenue Zaxby's on Christmas Eve.

Christopher Wilson, 25, and Donte Brown, 23, both of Goose Creek have been charged. Wilson was booked on Jan. 4. Brown was booked on Jan. 5.

Authorities claim the two men entered the restaurant around midnight and demanded money. During the robbery,  The victim was treated and released.

The suspects have each been charged with attempted murder, 2nd Degree burglary, possession of a firearm, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, criminal conspiracy, six counts of armed robbery with a deadly weapon and five counts of kidnapping.
