Berkeley Democrats Hold Precinct Meeting Saturday

Release, Berkeley County Democratic Party:

On March 3, Democrats from across Berkeley County will gather to reorganize their precincts and elect precinct leaders. This is an important first step in running for Democratic Party leadership positions, as well as running to be an Obama delegate to the Democratic National Convention.

At the precinct reorganization, each precinct will choose their delegates to the county convention that will be held March 17. You must be a delegate in order to vote at the county convention.

Both Precinct Reorganization and the County Convention will begin at 9 a.m. and will be held at the Berkeley Intermediate School, 777 Stoney Landing Road, Moncks Corner. Precinct Reorganization and the County Convention is open to all Berkeley County Democrats.
