Blotter: 911 Is Not Customer Service
The following information was supplied by the City of Goose Creek Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A man called 911 early on July 13 to complain about alleged under-aged drinking at a party at his ex-girlfriend’s Pineview home. Officers arrived, but found no party. When the boyfriend called 911 again to complain about nothing being done, he became irate with the dispatcher. He later called 911 a third time to request an officer at his home so he could complain in person. Asked about threatening text sent to his girlfriend, the man allegedly said, “I don’t know what you’re talking about” then “I’m going to kill that b---h” and, finally, “I retract that. I’m not going to kill her.” He was arrested later in the night after allegedly cruising by the victim’s home and then excessively blowing his car horn after the officer signaled for him to pull over.
A domestic dispute July 16 in the Hearthstone neighborhood turned ugly when a man allegedly told his girlfriend that he was going to pee in the middle of the bathroom floor. He did and then went back to bed. She woke him up by throwing water in his face. He threw water back at her. She then asked him to leave and he refused. In trying to resolve the dispute, officers learned the boyfriend had three outstanding warrants and he was arrested.
A bike worth $1,500 was stolen July 17 off the back porch of a Persimmon Hill home. But the thief did leave a bike at the scene that appeared to have been previously stolen from someone else.
