Blotter: Armed Robbers Scared Off By Scissors
Employee says knife-wielding suspects fled the scene.

An employee at a Hanahan store told police that a pair of armed robbers stole his cell phone before he scared them off with a pair of scissors.
The incident reportedly happened at 6 p.m. on May 21 at the Officina Galvez on Yeamans Hall Road.

The employee told police that two men entered the store allegedly carrying knives. He said one of the men grabbed his cell phone from the desk.
The victim grabbed a pair of scissors and said that he scared the suspects. They allegedly fled the scene, running toward Remount Road.
