Bond Set at $35,000 For Goose Creek Woman
Suspect is accused of felony DUI in Wednesday accident.

The Goose Creek woman charged with felony DUI is being held at the Charleston County Detention Center on a $35,000 bond, according to the Charleston County Bond Court.
Evelyn Freeman, 20, was charged following an early-morning accident Wednesday where Terral Freeman, 28, was thrown from the car and died at the scene. The two Freemans are not related.
The 2 a.m. accident closed the westbound lanes of Interstate 26 for several hours. According to witnesses, the white Ford Expedition was swerving on the interstate when it hit the median, ejecting Terral Freeman.
Evelyn Freeman then allegedly travelled back across the westbound lanes and ended up in a ditch. She was treated and released from the Medical University of South Carolina.
The Post and Courier has the audio of the 911 call.
