Boot Camp I teach a boot camp at the AMA next to big lots in Goose Creek. We start a new 6 week cycle August 19, 2013, you can come "try" it out once for free, Monday Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:45 AM. Great workouts with two certified personal trainers. You can come try it out before the 19th.
