Unknown teens caused nearly $1,000 in damage at Boulder Bluff Elementary School while tearing PVC piping from rooftop air conditioning units. Goose Creek Police were called to the school on Sunday afternoon regarding the incident. A school employee contacted officers when she found pieces of PVC from the units lying on the ground behind the school.    Surveillance footage showed six teenagers climbing on top of the roof near 12:30 a.m. on Saturday. They were up there for a half-hour, with a second camera showing pieces of PVC being thrown from the roof.  School staff also noted that a playground gate had been had been removed from its hinges and the hinges had been bent.
