Patched Up!: New Options for RSFH Diagnostics

Roper Hospital Diagnostics – James Island, is now open in Cross Creek Village at 325 Folly Rd. The state-of-the-art diagnostics facility, located just minutes from the peninsula, is in the same new building where Roper Hospital Ambulatory Surgery & Pain Management Center, several Roper St. Francis Physician Partners practices and one of the system’s After Hours Care clinics were established in the last 18 months.

And more good news: The public is invited to an open house on Tuesday, Feb. 7, from 4:30- 6:30 p.m. Onsite parking is free of charge.

Roper Hospital Diagnostics – James Island, which is located in suite 205, offers a range of options for patients’ imaging and lab needs, with services such as laboratory specimen collections, bone density tests, computed tomography (CT) scans and digital X-ray. Ultra-wide bore Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is also on hand nearby in suite 108, providing an unsurpassed level of clarity and detail of the body’s soft tissues, while maximizing comfort for larger patients and those with claustrophobia.

The team at Roper Hospital Diagnostics – James Island includes board certified, American College of Radiology (ACR) member radiologists, members of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and efficient, skilled technical and clinical support staff.

To schedule an appointment with Roper Hospital Diagnostics- James Island, consult with your doctor or call 402-5000. Walk-in patients are accepted for lab and X-ray services.

The diagnostics center that previously located at 347 Folly Rd. is now closed.
