Thanks to all of my supporters. I enjoyed meeting and talking to each of you on yesterday. It gives me great pleasure to know that all my supporters voted for me because they believe in who I am and what I stand for. I am truly blessed to have so many loyal supporters. The election process will forever be ingrained in my memory. I was blessed to have had the opportunity to talk with Ms. Marguerite Brown and Mr. John McCants on yesterday. They have done a lot for this city and I want to thank them both.
Congratulations to Mr. Tekac, a true friend, and Mr. McCants, a true gentleman. The race is not over because there will be a runoff election. I encourage everyone to come out on April 17 and vote. Let your voice be heard one more time during this election process.
