Burglar Takes Gun, Busts Open File Cabinet
Foxborough homeowners report most valuables left untouched.

Foxborough residents had a scare last week when unidentified burglars broke into their home. It appeared the only thing stolen was a handgun.Â
The homeowners contacted police on Wednesday afternoon when they noticed the rear sliding glass door had been shattered.Â

But it didn't appear that anything had been rummaged through. TVs and other valuables were left untouched.
It appeared that a Smith & Wesson handgun had been taken, along with a silver men's bracelet. A file cabinet in the garage had also been forced open.
