School board meets on the road for special event; Berkeley County Council committees hold regular meetings.

The Berkeley County School Board will hold its meeting Tuesday at the new Cane Bay Middle School, 1175 Cane Bay Blvd. The event will begin with a ribbon cutting at 5:30 p.m., followed by the regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. inside the school. Read the entire agenda.
The Goose Creek City Council meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday night in council chambers, 519 N. Goose Creek Blvd.
There will be a workplace safety resolution up for a vote, along with a request from the city administrator to sell six aging police cars. Five of the vehicles will be sold at auction and the other will join the Recreation Department fleet. Read the entire agenda.
