Charge of Shooting At Officer Dropped in Teen's Spring 2011 Case

Attorney learns months after-the-fact that officials dismissed the case.

A "DNA report and other issues" led to the dimissal of a May 2011 attempted murder charge against a Goose Creek teen, according to a report from Live 5 News' Harve Jacobs.

An attorny for 19-year-old Dominique Barr learned the news in an email last week from the 9th Circuit Solicitor's Office.

Barr was accused of firing at an off-duty Moncks Corner officer after a head-on wreck in Goose Creek.
