Seasonal Employment Opportunities in Our Area

Walmart said Friday that the biggest of the big boxes will be hiring more than 50,000 seasonal employees this year to handle the crush of holiday shoppers, according to a report from Reuters.

It's a few more employees than the company hired last year, but they're looking to put a dent in long lines.

And they're not alone. Here's a list of some other seasonal opportunities if you're looking for a little cash for those stocking stuffers.

• Target is hiring seasonal team members for the North Charleston location.
• T-Mobile needs a sales associate to help with the holidays on Rivers Avenue. Add Sprint to that list, they're looking for a seasonal sales assistant.
• Northern Tool+Equipment, located near Rivers and Aviation Avenue, is also looking for a retail associate for the holidays. 
• There are also two openings to point out at Tanger Outlets. Saks Fifth Avenue needs a holiday selling & service associate. And Polo Ralph Lauren has a call out for part-time help for the season.
