Conditions Improve for Children Hit By Car
Hospital: Three in "good" condition after Saturday night incident.

The condition of three children was improving Monday after a weekend hit and run where four kids were hit by a car as they crossed a neighborhood street in Sangaree.
Harleigh Eury, 10; Evan Hopkins, 13; and Dottie Jackson, 14, where all listed in "good" condition at the Medical University of South Carolina on Monday morning. Sydney Hopkins, 10, was treated and released over the weekend.

The four children were walking on Paddock Way near 11:30 p.m. Saturday when a passing car hit all of them. Described as a silver Ford Taurus by two victims, the car fled the scene.
S.C. Highway Patrol spokesman Cpl. Bob Beres told Patch on Monday that the investigation is ongoing.
