Court Appearance for Murder Suspect
Reports of bragging after death, tears later in court.

Tyler Brown-Kelly, 28, appeared in court Monday morning to face murder charges after the body of a woman kidnapped and carjacked was found over the weekend on an interstate exit ramp at Jedburg Road.
Brown-Kelly will be held without bail at the Hill-Finklea Detention Center. He is also facing kidnapping, carjacking and related charges in North Charleston related to the Saturday morning incident.
The body of Luh Endang Susiani, 31, of Indonesia, , shot in the head and the back. The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office later arrested Brown-Kelly in St. George.Â

On Monday, Susiani's family members asked for swift justice while Brown-Kelly teared up in court, according to a Post and Courier report.

According to court documents, Tyler Brown-Kelly told a witness he "hit a lick" to get a car and "had a body under his belt."
