Dense Fog Advisory Starts Off the Week

The National Weather Service has issued a dense fog advisory Monday morning until 11 a.m.

Visibility is expected to be a quarter of a mile or less due to the dense fog, making for dangerous driving conditions. Drivers are encouraged to slow down, use low beam headlights and leave plenty of space between cars in case of a sudden stop.

The weather service also notes that dense fog could return to the area tonight.
