Weekend Homicide Victim an Atlanta Record Executive
Sheriff's Office says its pursuing every lead.

Berkeley County investigators are currently pursuing every lead in the investigation of a weekend homicide near Jedburg Road, according to Sheriff's spokesman Dan Moon.Â
The body of Christopher A. Martin, 34, was found at 220 Dons Lane in the New Hope Community. A nearby resident called police Saturday morning to report finding the body laying near an abandoned home on the short road, as well as a white Ford Explorer with Texas plates.
The initial police report notes that there was at least one gunshot wound to the chest.

Moon said there was no new information to release to the public, but that investigators were following any leads coming in to the department.

Following news of the shooting a number of music artists and industry vets turned to their Twitter accounts to express their condolences. Among those artists was rapper Yung Berg who wrote, "RIP 2 MY BROTHER CHRISTOPHER MARTIN AKA CAM! GONE 2 SOON! WAS JUST WITH HIM 2 DAYS AGO!"
According to LinkedIn, Martin had been serving as CEO of Camouflage Management. The account also notes former experience as artist manager at Jive Records and director of A&R at Polo Grounds Music/J Records.
