Trident Technical College’s Department of Automotive Technology will host the 20th annual Spring Spin-Off Car Show. There also will be food, music, drawings for door prizes and a 50/50 cash drawing. Trophy awards will be presented at the end.
Proceeds go to the W. Athell Yon Scholarship which benefits a new or returning student pursuing an associate degree in Automotive Technology or a certificate in Automotive Servicing. The recipient can receive up to $1,000 per year (if full-time student) or up to $500 per year (if part-time student). The money can be used toward tuition or for required books, supplies and tools if tuition obligations have been met.
