FREE information expo for parents looking for public school options for their children. Many local charter schools will be exhibiting, answering questions and handing out information about their school and the upcoming school year.
The expo is a great venue to have all the charter school information in one place to help you make informed decisions about your child's education.
Mary Carmichael, Executive Director of the Public Charter School Alliance of South Carolina, states, “This is a great opportunity for families to find out about more educational options in their community. With public charter school students now able to participate in sports and extracurricular activities at home zoned schools (due to newly adopted laws), we have seen the families’ interest in alternative academic options increase. We are excited students no longer have to choose between academics and athletics.”
