Come learn how to properly preserve your cherished tomatoes during a waterbath canning workshop at Cypress Gardens in Moncks Corner. Taught by Clemson University Extension agents, participants will learn how to properly preserve highly acidic foods through a step-by-step canning process. Participants are expected to bring an apron and a paring knife, as well as wear closed-toe shoes. Class is limited to 15 participants.
