
Come learn how to properly preserve your beloved vegetables during a pressure canning workshop at Cypress Gardens in Moncks Corner. Taught by Clemson University Extension agents, participants will learn preservation techniques for low acidic foods through step-by-step procedures and hands-on activities. Participants are expected to bring an apron and a paring knife, as well as wear closed-toe shoes. Class is limited to 15 participants on a first-come, first-serve basis.
