During Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, Trident Health Systems will be offering free prostate cancer screenings at Trident Medical Center on Thursday, Sept. 15, and encourages men over 40 to get checked and know their stats. The death rate due to prostate cancer is decreasing, in part because of early detection.
