This is a new program that includes exercise and fitness training designed for both beginner and serious athletes. For ages 10 to adult, this program provides workouts that are goal oriented, challenging but fun. Four-week session runs Sundays, October 28-November 18 at the Community Center gym. Ages 10-13 are 1:30-2:30 pm; ages 14-18 are 2:40-3:40 pm; advanced students are 3:50-4:50 pm An eight-week session is available for varsity level athletes and runs on Sundays, 5-6 pm from Oct. 28- Dec. 16.
