Fee Agreements, Rezoning Requests on This Week's Agendas

Berkeley County Council will hold its regular meeting, along with several committee meetings, beginning at 6 p.m. Monday in the assembly room at 1003 Highway 52, Moncks Corner.

Fee agreements with Nucor and BioEnergy Technologies of Berkeley County will receive a final vote. There's also an initial vote for a new fee deal with a "Project Novel."

The council will hear a zoning request for a Myers Road property requesting zoning for manufactured housing from existing planned unit development.

The Berkeley County Planning Commission will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the assembly room at 1003 Highway 52, Moncks Corner. 

The commission will hear a rezoning request for 30 acres at the former Carolina Nurseries. Owners ZZ Acquisitions want the zoning change from agricultural district to heavy industrial district.
