The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting this afternoon in the Strawberry community north of Goose Creek off of old Highway 52.
Deputies arrived at 125 Tigers Den Lane at about 1 p.m. and found the victim. According to Sheriff's Office spokesman Dan Moon, the man was transported to a local hospital with a non-life threatening wound.
Detectives are interviewing witnesses and collecting evidence at the scene, according to Moon, and no more information is available at this time.
