Four Held in Devon Forest Burglary Investigation

Charges include burglary and accessory.

The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office has arrested four suspects after a series of break-ins in the Devon Forest area.

John Henry Brown and Eric G. Gibbs have been charged with second degree burglary and obtaining property under false pretenses, according to the Berkeley County Detention Center. Brandon Gibbs also has been charged with second degree burglary. Carlos Allen has been charged with accessory/accessory after the fact of a felony.

Bond has not yet been set in the case and all four are still being held at the detention center.

Harve Jacobs at Live 5 News spoke with one victim, Michelle Fleming, after her home was robbed.

"I was terrified," Fleming said. "I was terrified, I was angry and to this day I'm still scared."
