Goose Creek visited Stratford on Friday night, but this wasn't a neighborly visit. The Gators continued a string of solid victories with a 49-0 win over Stratford. Considering some of the Gators' recent totals, the Knights can take an ounce of comfort in keeping Goose Creek under 50 points.
The 5-1 Gators will be home next week with a challenge from the West Ashley Wildcats in the first of two home games. It's a second loss for the Knights, now 4-2, but they'll be back home next week, taking on the Colleton County Cougars.
Cane Bay continued its winning streak with a scoreless Battery Creek falling 48-0. Now 4-2, Cane Bay is back on the road next week with a long drive south to take on Bluffton High School.
