Friday Football: Goose Creek, Stratford Flex in Week 9

The Wando Warriors undefeated season met its match Friday night: Goose Creek. . Next week, they'll be returning home to host West Ashley.

Stratford bounced back from its first loss of the season last week against Wando. This week, West Ashley went scoreless in a visit to Stratford High. The final score was 34-0, bringing the Knights to 8-1. Next week is the last home game against South Florence.

Cane Bay continued to struggle this week in a home game against West Florence. The Cobras lost, 34-7, and now have to prepare for a challenging visit to Wando next week in hopes of finding a winning season.

Hanhan keeps showing its strength in 3A, besting Hilton Head in a visit south, 63-28. The Hawks are now 8-1 with a final regular season game next week at Stall High School.
