Goose Creek ran over Colleton County on Friday night, 58-0. The Gators will be returning home with a 3-1 record to face Fort Dorchester next week and seek their first win at home. The Cougars extended their losing streak to 0-4.
Two of our local teams faced off as Cane Bay traveled down to Hanahan. The Cobras won 23-7, bringing the Cane Bay record to 2-2 and giving Hanahan it's fourth loss in a row. Next week, Cane Bay is back at home, hosting Woodland and hoping for three wins in a row. Hanahan will be travelling to Berkeley High for another tough game.
Meanwhile, Stratford High continued its undefeated season with a 21-14 win over Beaufort High. Stratford is now 4-0. Next week, the Knights visit Summerville. The Green Wave will be hunting for a home field victory after the loss to Goose Creek last week.
