Randy Amos, 48, died April 5, but The Post and Courier's Thad Moore had a touching story recently about one last thing Amos wanted: seeing his son graduate from Hanahan High School.
So, in late March, 19-year-old Alex Amos donned cap and gown and recieved his diploma cover in the hallway of the oncology ward. Moore's entire piece is worth a read, including how Alex feels now that he's walked across the stage with his classmates.
