A Goose Creek man may be headed to trial after refusing a guilty plea in the 2010 shooting of three people, according to the Post and Courier.
Codrick Delmaire Bass faces charges of attempted murder, kidnapping and illegal firearm possession related to the incident on Iris Street in July 2010. Three people were injured, including a Goose Creek police officer.
The Post and Courier's Natalie Caula reported from the courtroom Thursday on how Bass challenged the facts in the case. A guilty plea must include an acceptance of the facts presented to the court.
