Goose Creek Woman Pleads Guilty in DUI Fatality
She's expected to serve one year, with five years probation.

A Goose Creek woman pleaded guilty Wednesday to felony driving under the influence in an incident last summer that led to.
Evelyn Freeman, 21, was driving her car home early July 6 near Ashley Phosphate Road on Interstate 26. Witnesses told police that her white Ford Expedition was swerving on the interstate when it hit the median, ejecting Terral Freeman. He was then hit by another car and died at the scene. Evelyn Freeman then travelled back across the westbound lanes and ended up in a ditch.
According to the Post and Courier, she was sentenced to five years in prison, with four years suspended. Meaning she'll serve one year with five years probation.
