Hat’s Off To Learning At Marrington When The Cat In The Hat Is In The House

    Hat’s Off To Learning At Marrington When The Cat In The Hat Is In The House The Cat in the Hat, otherwise known as Marrington Elementary School Principal Barb Webber was present and accounted for to help students celebrate “Read Across America Week.”  Read Across America is an annual reading motivation and awareness program that calls for every child in every community to celebrate reading on March 2, the birthday of beloved children's author Dr. Seuss. Some of the many fun activities that took place at Marrington during the week of March 2-7 were as follows:

Monday The Lorax Mustache Day. Students wore  Lorax-inspired mustaches. 

TuesdayHop on Pop Day. Students wore a tie or scarf.
