Fifth grade at Marrington Elementary are participating in a special Friday program called High 5 Friday. This program was developed by 5th grade teachers, Jan Nutt and Katie Lamb. Students are recognized at this event for their positive behavior and good choices throughout the week. This uplifting and motivational program additionally celebrates the attainment of weekly goals in academic classes. As part of the fun, students participate in a sing-a-long led by School Counselor, Ann Schuler that reflects the character words and positive virtues that they have learned in classroom guidance.
