High School Football: Goose Creek vs. Stratford

It's a home town rivalry this week.

Update: Check out .

No choice for the Game of the Week: The Goose Creek Gators travel across town Friday night to play the Stratford Nights. After a four-week winning streak to start off the season, Stratford fell to Summerville in a close 14-10 game last week. They're going to be looking to return some momentum to the season Friday night.

But Goose Creek isn't going to make a fifth win easy — just ask Fort Dorchester about its 49-point loss last week, or ask Colleton County about that 58-0 game two weeks ago. The Gators are feeding and it will likely be rough for the Knights to pick up a win.

Cane Bay High School opened the season with two losses, but they've learned from those mistakes and have come back with three wins in a row. This week, they're home again with a visit from Battery Creek (1-4).

Coming off their first win of the season, Hanahan (1-4) will be looking for two-in-a-row as the team stays on the road, this time visiting Garrett Academy (3-2).
