High School Football: Seasons End, Post-Season Begins
Stratford's final home game, Cane Bay begins post-season play

Update: for Nov. 4.
Original: This week, Goose Creek travels to Beaufort for one last match-up in the regular season. The 9-1 Gators are standing in the way of a winning season for 5-5 Beaufort, so expect a lot of heart from the home team. But it's difficult to believe they can meet and exceed Goose Creek's power on the field.
Stratford has one more home game. At 8-2, the Knights will face the 5-5 Wando Warriors. Like Goose Creek, Stratford will be challenged by a team anxious for a winning season, but the Knights will be looking for a smooth transition — taking their solid regular season through a solid drive in the championship tournament.

And Cane Bay is at home for the first game in the AAA championship contest. The 7-3 Cobras will face Florence's Wilson High School (6-4). It's the first time this season that the two teams will be meeting. This may be the last home game for Cane Bay, so come out and support your Cobras.
Hanahan will be playing in the AA tournament for the last time this year. Their terrific finish to the season — six wins in a row — has provided a bye in the first round of play. Next week, the Hawks face the winner from this week's game between North Charleston and Lake City.
