High-Tech Firms Are Hiring And More Local Jobs

There are a lot of high-tech jobs for the taking in the area. Secure Missions Solutions is looking for a network engineer and network security analyst. SAIC is also looking for an analyst. CyberCoders Engineering needs an engineer. And TEK Systsms needs a database administrator. And, finally, UEC Electronics has several opportunities.

Advanced Auto Parts recently posted several openings in the Goose Creek area. There are jobs in the front of the store, including general manager, assistant manager, a salesperson and retail parts pro. There are also several behind-the-scenes roles, including an order puller, delivery driver, inventory specialist, and a commercial parts pro.

They're not the only car-based business staffing up. Firestone needs an automotive technician and a sales associate.

There are several more opportunities. McDonalds has openings for shift managers and crew members at the Naval Weapons Station location. Bank of America needs a teller. And Food Lion needs a part-time grocery associate.
