The Berkeley County Sheriff's office will be leading several traffic checkpoints this holiday season. Motorists are encouraged to stay safe and don't drink and drive.
"The goal of the Sheriff's Office is for every person traveling throughout the county to get to their destinations safely and be home for the holidays," according to a release from the department. "We will make every effort to ensure this is done safely and responsibly."
