Jimmy Buffett Coming To the Lowcountry
Charleston Parrotheads get a rare local show Feb. 2.

Lowcountry Parrotheads are very familiar with the long treks to Columbia, Charlotte, Raleigh or even farther away to catch a concert from Margaritaville mayor Jimmy Buffett. Not this time.
On Thursday, the North Charleston Coliseum announced it's hosting Jimmy Buffett and The Coral Refer Band, along with all the frozen beverages and paradise-worthy cheeseburgers that come along with the experience. They'll be stopping in Charleston on Feb. 2 as part of the Welcome to Fin Land Tour 2012.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Nov. 5 and are available at Ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster outlets, or by phone at 800-745-3000. There is an eight-ticket limit per customer. And they sell out very quickly.
