State claims customers didn't qualify for promised IRS program.
Goose Creek based tax resolution firm JK Harris reached a settlement Monday with West Virginia Attorney General Darrell McGraw.
The case involved customers claiming JK Harris Co. told them they qualified for a tax resolution program when they actually didn't. The clients involved will receive a full refund, according to a release from McGraw. The refunds totalled $14,180, according to the attorney general.
